Yes! We offer delivery nationwide, so you can shop with Budget Box PK wherever you are in Pakistan.

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days (after payment completion), depending on your location and the courier service.

Remote areas may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 📦💗

Standard delivery charges are Rs. 300 all around Pakistan.

This shipping cost includes charges of the courier company’s service, province-wise GST, bubble wrap and packing charges. 🎀

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll share the tracking details with you where applicable so you can keep an eye on your parcel. 📦

We currently offer:

• 💳 Full advance payment — pay your complete order amount in advance at checkout.
• 💰 Partial advance payment — a Rs. 1,000 advance payment is required to confirm your order. This amount is adjusted against your total bill, while the remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

This helps us confirm genuine orders while still giving you the convenience of paying most of your amount at the time of delivery. 💗

The advance payment helps us confirm your order and reduce fake or unverified COD bookings.

Don’t worry — your Rs. 1,000 is not an additional charge. It is deducted from your final order total.

Yes! If you’d prefer to get the payment out of the way, you can choose full advance payment at checkout.

Yes. We offer a 7-day return window on eligible products. The product should be unused and in the same exact condition as it was sent to you.

Please make sure your item meets our return conditions before sending it back.

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel and send us clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
